The Government have confirmed that it is to stop the granting of planning applications for Co-Living developments.
In an announcement the Minister for Housing Darragh O’Brien said that his Department have become concerned with the high number of applications for such developments.
O’Brien said the high density of such developments would lead to increased land prices.
He added that such developments would also lead to negative repercussions for other projects such as affordable cost and renting projects.
