In what can only be described as a yet another evil attack on Christians, a gunman burst into a Catholic church in northern Burkina Faso, West Africa on Sunday evening and killed a priest and five churchgoers.
According to the AFP, the mayor of Dablo, Ousmane Zongo said: “Towards 9.00am, during mass, armed individuals burst into the Catholic church. They started firing as the congregation tried to flee.”
It’s understood that around 25 predators trapped some of the churchgoers inside the church and then killed five of them and the priest who was celebrating mass at the time.
The evil scumbags then set fire to the church, several shops and a small cafe and the the chief nurse’s vehicle.
A large police operation is underway to find the gunmen with so far, no one taking responsibility for the atrocity.
