The Minister for Higher Education Simon Harris has said that he fully expects that Ireland’s daily Covid-19 vaccine total will be passed again and again as the programme continues.
In a tweets over the bank holiday weekend, the former Health Minister said that he expects that daily totals will be continuous surpassed as the vaccine roll-out significantly gathers pace.
Harris told his followers that the latest figures gives the country some much needed hope as we move forward.
The former Health Minister’s comments come after the head of the HSE Paul Reid revealed that the country administered more 900,000 doses to date and its is expected that the country will pass thr million mark this week.
