Harris says that ‘complacency about Covid-19 is setting in and he’s not happy about it

Many people now feel that the worst of the coronavirus is thankfully behind Ireland even though it’s tragically still in nursing homes and hospitals.

However, some are claiming that the country needs to get moving again, especially after May 5th.

Minister for Health Simon Harris believes that ‘complacency about Covid-19 is setting in’, and he’s not happy about it.

According to the Irish Mirror, Mr. Harris concedes that ‘progress has been made’, but it’s still ‘not enough.’

The warning comes after the announcement that 804 people have now died from Covid-19-related causes in the island of Ireland.
