There have been very mixed reactions to CMO Dr Tony Holohan being given a massive award for his leadership throughout the pandemic.

Some social media users say that Holohan deserves the award while others say that he not only doesn’t deserve it but that he should be fired.

The Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan has been given an honorary fellowship by the Royal College of Surgeons for his role during the Covid-19 pandemic.
