The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has said that the country could leave Level 5 restrictions by a county by county basis.
Speaking on Thursday, Donnelly said although the hope is that the entire country will be out of Level 5 restrictions by December 1st.
However he stated that restrictions could be lifted in a regional basis if case numbers don’t drop in certain areas.
Donnelly added that the Government’s and NPHET’s main goal is to flatten the curve as much as possible.
