The Health Service Executive (HSE) has confirmed that sensitive data belonging to hundreds of patients has been leaked online following the recent hack.
According to the HSE, no fewer than 520 sets of patient data have now appeared online. The decrepit organization is now likely to face a tsunami of legal actions because of its failure to adequately protect such crucial information.
Gardai is said to be investigating the matter.
