Brave Jacqueline Connolly and her mother Mary Coll spoke candidly last night in an emotional interview about how their beloved sister and daughter, Clodagh and her three sons were murdered by her husband, Alan Hawe.
The 39-yr-old teacher was murdered in her Co Cavan home by her husband who went on to kill their three sons, Liam (13) Niall (11) and Ryan (6) on August 29th, 2016 at their home in Ballyjamesduff.
Speaking on last night’s Claire Byrne Live show, the lovely ladies fought off tears describing the devastation they encounted when they brutal and evil act took place.
Mary made the discovery when she realised her daughter was running late and went to their house. She said a note on the door which just said phone the police.
The family have endless unanswered questions as to why they carried out the murders. Public pressure will no doubt help the family find the answers that they so desperately need and deserve.
