The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) has issued a public apology in the ongoing row involving its disastrous financial situation.
The organization is in debt to the tune of about €65m, and the possibility of its liquidation has already been mentioned in public forums.
It is understood that the FAI recently approached the Government about an €18m bailout, which was refused.
Do you accept the FAI’s apology, or do you think the organization is victim of its own hubris? Let us know in the comments below.
