Many people on social media have said that they’re not happy with the sentence that a serving garda got after he terrorised a woman with cancer.
Judge Martin Nolan sentenced an absolute evil thug who is a serving garda after he basically destroyed a young lady’s life through torture, abuse and fear.
The evil garda has been given just 3 years and 3 months for the torture he put the woman through over a sustained period of time.
In just one day alone, a serving garda named Paul Moody, sent a woman with cancer over 700 abusing and terrifying texts.
The thug’s texts included “I hope you die of pain” and “I hope you die of cancer”. It’s understood that the garda beat, kicked and choked the woman on several occasions.
She was beaten while naked and the garda even took photos of her naked.
RTE News reports that he damaged her car with a brick, broke a window in her home and broke into her apartment numerous times. He followed her in her car and nearly crashed into her on one occasion on the M50.
It’s understood that the thug stole her cancer medication and even turned up to her hospital bed and told her that he wanted to watch her bleed to death.
The garda was thrown out of the hospital and told not to come back. She said that she was utterly terrified.
