A leading homeless charity in Dublin says that they are pushed to the pin of their collar with the latest number of migrants pouring into their service to get what they can.
The lighthouse charity says their numbers have nearly doubled after the government effectively said that Ireland is full and couldn’t accomondate some 81 migrants who were seeking international protection arrived last week alone.
Some were given food vouchers and told to be on their way, while others were put up in makeshift acommondation and have been moved since.
Many homeless campaigners say that migrants coming into the country with nowhere to stay will just add to the already out of control Irish homeless problem as it is.
