The parents of a two-year-old girl have been left with an anxious and terrifying wait as their little girl will have to undergo testing for a STD.
According to 10 Daily, the toddler will have to undergo testing after she sucked on a what is thought to be a used condom she found at a McDonald’s restaurant in Perth, Australia.
Speaking to the publication, the infant’s mum who only wants to be identified as Wendy, revealed that she and her husband were given the shock of their lives after they found what their daughter had in her mouth on typical family outing.
Upon the shocking discovery the girl’s father quickly pulled the condom from his daughter’s mouth, before proceeding to inform staff what happened.
However the parents who examined the condom before leaving the premises, fear it may have been used as it was opened and no packaging found near it.
The shocking incident which occurred on Friday evening, has now left the loving parents fearing the worst as doctors immediately informed them to bring in their daughter for testing.
Although it is not known how the infant found the condom, it is thought that it was discovered on a chair near a children’s play area.
Meanwhile McDonald’s have since apologised for the incident and have confirmed that an investigation is underway.
