The Chief Executive of the HSE Paul Reid has urged those who have yet to get a Covid-19 vaccine to come forward and get vaccinated.
Speaking to RTE, Reid said that number of cases in ICU has risen by 20% in the past week.
Reid went on to say that there are currently 74 people in ICU with the virus and of those 74 people 67% are unvaccinated.
He added that 3% are partially vaccinated.
