Nurses have been leaving their jobs for multiple reasons, including the above, but they’ve also been forced to leave their jobs even when they don’t want to be the so-called “idiotic” idea of mandating vaccines for frontline workers in many States.
In Ireland and the UK, many nurses say that they’ve been experiencing similar emotions since the pandemic began some 20 months ago.
