Actor Johnny Depp took to the stand in the defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard. He said that little digs or name-calling would lead into fights.
He said that Heard consistently told him how wrong he was about this or that and what idiot he was. Depp said that should get frustrated in her rage and eventually lash out.
Some people have started using the hashtag #IbelieveHim in support of Depp.
He said that it would begin with a dig or shove and end up with a slap or throwing a remote control at his head. He said that he stayed in the relationship because he didn’t want it to fail.
Depp said that he never struck Miss Heard and that he never hit a woman in his life.
