The GAA have seen a 16% increase in profits the association have confirmed.
In newly published figures the GAA say the recorded a profit of €73.9m in the year 2019.
The association the vast majority of revenue came from gate receipts which rose from 29.6m last year to €36.1m
Although the revenue from gate receipts saw an increase at league level, it is thought that the replay in both the All Ireland Senior Football Championship Final contributed to the increase in profits.
