AIB customers nationwide yesterday reported being unable to access their banking facilities either online, or via their phones, but don’t customers are still complaining this morning that they can’t get on to their online banking.
The bank confirmed yesterday that they were experiencing ‘technical issues.’
Reportedly, customers were still able to withdraw money from the ATM network, and use their cards to make purchases.
In a statement released yesterday afternoon, the bank said that all services are now restored, except its mobile banking facility but that it would be back up soon and thanked their customers for their patience.
But customers have taken to social media again this morning stating that their online banking is still down and that they can’t gain acres to their account.
