It has been reported that an intruder climbed over the gates of Buckingham Palace while the Queen was sleeping inside.
The man was eventually arrested and is currently in custody in a London police station.
The security breach comes 37 years after another man managed to break into the Queen’s bedroom, even going so far as to sit on the end of her bed and discuss his family problems while she waited for assistance from her security guards.
It is not yet known whether the man who climbed the gates today was trying to carry out a “copy-cat” event but he is currently in custody in a London police station.
