There’s an investigation underway as to how an Irish prisoner contracted coronavirus – potentially placing more prisoners in jeopardy of contracting the virus.
A female prisoner housed in a Dublin facility has tested positive for coronavirus.
It is understood that the person in question has been incarcerated for ten days, and was in isolation for all of that time.
