Regarding a 43-yr-old Ukrainian lady accused of being involved in the death of a man who was discovered unconscious in a parking lot close to Cork Airport last year, a file has been forwarded to the DPP, reports Breaking News.
Kseniia Vasylenko was previously accused of reckless driving on October 8th, last year, which resulted in Andrii Nesterov’s death when he landed at Cork Airport, Lehanaghmore. Additionally, Mr. Nesterov, 49, was a native of Ukraine.
On Friday before Cork District Court Sgt Pat Lyons stated that DPP directions are expected in the case later this month.
The case’s Garda file has been completed and forwarded to the DPP, reports Breaking News.
