Ireland could very well see another hot blast next week with temperatures reaching 28C a forecaster has received.
According to the Midland Weather Channel, the country could very well experience sweltering temperatures as a change in the jet stream will push warm air up from the south.
Although the country is expected to experience unsettled weather over the weekend, forecaster Cathal Nolan says temperatures could potentially range between 26 and 28C.
In a post, Nolan says current projections show that Ireland could get a blast of Iberian air which will bring warmer temperatures and sunny conditions.
However the forecaster does warn that the possibility of thunderstorms cannot be ruled out given the projected humid conditions.
He added that conditions could change in the coming days but the latest charts show that warmer conditions could occur.
