
On Friday, a total of 13 individuals appeared before Dublin District Court for 28 charges, which include breaking into houses and businesses, stealing, assaulting someone, making threats to murder, and producing an article, reports Breaking News.
The seven women, ages 28 to 46, and the six males, ages 30 to 45, were taken into custody by gardaà as a part of their continuing Operation Thor investigations to identify and stop burglaries.

The Garda National Youth Diversion Programme has been notified about the referral of a female juvenile, reports Breaking News.
This takes the total number of people that Dublin gardaà has brought before the courts as part of Operation Thor to 29.

These organisations deliberately targeted those who break into homes and businesses in order to make money off of this illegal activity, reports Breaking News.
The goal of Operation Thor, which was initiated in November 2015, is to identify, stop, and manage burglaries as well as related criminal activities.
Since its launch, this program has significantly decreased property-related crime by lowering the rate of winter burglaries, reports Breaking News.
