Thousands of doctors, nurses, carers and medical personnel have put their hands up to volunteer and do what they can to fight for Ireland against the covid-19 outbreak.
People are flying home from the UK, the US and even Australia to help out where they can and put all hands on deck – a welcomed message from the thousands in the country who’ll potentially need their valued help.
The HSE say that they expect numbers to rise dramatically but we won’t see how social distancing will have worked from some two or three weeks from now.
