“Irish nurses are on ventilators” – Uproar as Irish strawberry company faces heavy criticism after flying in a plane load of migrants to pick strawberries here

There’s been absolute uproar over the past 36 hours over a Dublin fruit company flying in a large number of migrants to pick fruit – even though the entire country is on lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak.

People are saying that there’s nurses on ventilators fighting for their lives while the migrants have been flown in from outside the country.

An Irish company is facing heavy criticism after flying in a planeload of migrants to pick strawberries here.

According to the Irish Mirror, Keelings chartered a flight from Bulgaria to Dublin to bring in several dozens of migrants to help with strawberry harvesting in Ireland.

The company has been blasted for bringing so many people from overseas, with little or no medical controls, at a time of national emergency.
