Irish Vaccine regulation agency seeks help from general public to record vaccine side effects having already received 7,862 incident reports. Report your vax side effects at www.hpra.ie/report
The Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) are asking for the general public to submit reports of vaccine side effects via their voluntary reporting service at www.hpra.ie/report

This reporting system is open to the general public. There are a few steps required but mostly your contact info and symptoms. Everything else can be simply ignored when completing your report.

When completing your report, don’t be put off by the question which ask you “Do you consider the reaction serious? If Yes please indicate the basis for this.”

Fatal
Life threatening (immediately)
Patient hospitalised/hospitalisation prolonged
Persistent or significant disability/incapacity
Congenital anomaly or birth defect
Medically significant

The HPRA May 2021 report has highlighted 7,862 patient incidents. Even if you have mild or or moderate side effects from a vaccine, it’s worth recording this with the HPRA should you require to provide evidence in the future.
