27-year-old Irishman Rickie Healy remains in a critical condition in an Spanish hospital, after jumping into the shallow end of a pool and damaging his spine.
The incident happened at the Piscis hotel in San Antonio, Ibiza, last Friday. He was first taken to a local hospital, but was then airlifted to a larger medical facility in the island of Mallorca.
Medical staff have not yet released full details about his current condition, but it was first feared that the young man may have suffered life-changing injuries.
