After the horrific suicide bombs in Sri Lanka yesterday, it looks likely that Europe is once again a target for the pure evil vermin that is the Islamic State.
Documents captured in Syria belonging to the Islamic State detail a horrifying plan by the Muslim terrorist group to carry out ‘Paris-Style’ massacres across Europe, the Times UK has revealed.
The documents refer to so-called “crocodile cells” of Jihadis in Europe which are plotting multiple Paris massacre style attacks, referring to the November 13th Islamist atrocity in Paris which saw 130 people murdered in a gun and bomb attack.
They also state they will carry out more vehicle attacks on crowds of pedestrians.
The documents (which can be read in full on the Times UK) found on a hard drive in Syria detail numerous plots by I.S and are proof that the caliphate still has a complex global network of underground terrorists despite being defeated on the ground.
The plans for attacks in Europe are signed by six I.S leaders in a letter to the leader of I.S the so-called “Caliph” Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
These attacks will be directed by a man referred to as Khabab al-Muhajir who controls three cells of Jihadis, two in Germany and one in Russia.
The cells operating in Europe are first tasked with raising money to fund the group through
“Killing infidel venture capitalists, hacking banks through bank accounts, bank robberies or robberies of places that are pre-studied,” the letter lists, adding. “After any operation of this kind, we will send the money as we procure it.”

The plans also detail how terrorist cells have been smuggled into Europe amidst the migrants and will exploit the Schengen Free Travel Area to carry out operations.
Some targets were mentioned specifically including a high-speed train in Germany and possibly one in France.
An oil pipeline near in Switzerland was also noted as target which would cause an “economic disaster” for the country and France, they believe.
The letter was sent in December and no time frame as to when the attacks will take place is discernible.
