A mother of a 13-yr-old boy who was consistently getting raped by his father has been jailed for 18 months due to neglecting the boy and not providing the proper care and protection against his evil father.
The woman, who allegedly has intellectual disabilities, said that she no longer wanted anything to do with her son because as far as she was concerned, the boy made the whole thing up and is lying thanks to pressure from the HSE.
The court heard how the woman had a terrible childhood in the UK herself, even getting pregnant from her own mother’s partner.
The boy in question was taken into social care aged 7 and is now thankfully in good care in the UK.
After hearing all the evidence, Justice Robert Eagar handed down the 18 month sentence to the woman. The even thug who committed the crimes was sent down for 14 years last week.
