“Keep your distance” – The HSE issues new guidelines to plan meeting friends and family who are not vaccinated

NPHET took a very close step to almost excluding unvaccinated people from society this week by keeping many restrictions in place that the government had promised to lift on October 22nd,

The National Virus Reference Laboratory’s Dr Cillian de Gascun was talking to Virgin Media News and said that while they’re not advising to cut unvaccinated people out of your life, you should plan meeting friends or family members who are unvaccinated and ideally plan it around meeting them in an outdoor setting.

Along with that, NPHET say that if you’re meeting unvaccinated people, you should wear a face mask and keep your distance claiming that unvaccinated people are putting others at risk.

Unvaccinated people however say that if the vaccine works and is effective that their vaccine status shouldn’t matter to those who are vaccinated.
