There were chaotic scenes across Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) earlier this morning, as people were seen fleeing from their lives after reports of shooting at the facility.
Police were quickly at the scene, and search teams sweeped through the airport, but found no gunman or signs of any danger.
It is unclear what sparked the confusion, but some people reported hearing ‘loud noises’ that may have been mistaken for gunfire.
The incident comes two weeks after a similar situation at JFK Airport in New York, where people reported hearing gunshots.
