A leading member of the far-right Proud Boys group has been sentenced to 17 years for his role in the Donald Trump-incited January 6 2021 insurrection in the United States.
Joe Biggs received one of the harshest sentences stemming from the event, a date that will forever live in infamy because of the twice-impeached, four time-indicted, sexual-assault liable disgraced former US President.
Mr. Biggs said that he was ‘seduced’ by the mob as he was led away to begin his sentence.
