A group of secondary school pupils had a lucky escape this morning after the bus they were travelling in caught fire.
The incident took place on the N20 at Buttevant, Co. Cork. It is understood that the students, who came from Ennis, were on their way to a match.
No injuries were reported. Fire units from Charleville and Mallow dealt with the incident, and while the road has since re-opened, motorists can expect delays in the area.
