A man who was detained in relation to Jo Jo Dullard’s disappearance has been freed without being charged, reports RTE.

According to the Gardaí, they are still looking for human remains on land in County Wicklow.

The 21-year-old disappeared 29 years ago on November 9, 1995, while returning to Kilkenny from Dublin, reports RTE.

After taking a lift near Moone in County Kildare while hitch-hiking home to Kilkenny, Ms. Dullard vanished from sight.

As part of the murder inquiry, the Gardaí are examining properties at Ballyhook, Grangecon, Co Wicklow, for the second day.

Four years ago, the missing persons inquiry was changed to a murder probe, reports RTE.

Due to the usage of heavy machinery, access routes are still restricted.

Agricultural area with sheds, outhouses, and other structures makes up the site; some of them have already been examined.

The location is about 11 kilometres from Moone, where Ms. Dullard informed a friend she had a lift after speaking to her on a phone box. From the phone box, the trip to the location takes fifteen minutes, reports RTE.

Gardaí are looking for human remains as well as any other items, such clothes or personal items like her Sanyo stereo cassette player, that would link Ms. Dullard to the scene on the night she vanished, reports RTE.
