Gardaí in West Dublin have arrested a man aged in his 30s after a number of shots were fired at a car on Monday morning.
It is understood the man was arrested after shots were fired at a car in Clonsilla, at approximately 11.45am.
Gardaí say they arrested the man during a follow up search at a house in Waterville Terrace, in Blanchardstown.
They added that no one was injured in the incident and an investigation is currently ongoing.
