Gardaí have confirmed that a man aged in his 30s has been arrested following a pursuit incident on Tuesday.
It is understood the man was arrested after he led Gardaí on a chase through Dublin to Kildare.
Gardaí say the incident occurred after they received a report that damage had been caused at a house in Tallaght.
Although thankfully no one was injured in the incident, Gardai say a patrol car was also rammed during the pursuit.
It is believed the chase lasted approximately 40 minutes and the the man involved was arrested and taken to Tallaght Garda Station.
