Police in the UK have arrested a man after a young child was injured following a stabbing incident in Northwest London.
According to Sky News, police in Brent, have arrested a 30-year-old man in connection with the incident which occurred on Friday afternoon.
It is understood that the child whose age has not been disclosed suffered stab wounds following an incident which occurred at approximately 1pm.
Police say the child was taken to a London hospital where he is currently being treated, however it is believed that his injuries are not life-threatening.
They added that a man aged in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
