Gardaí have confirmed that a man has been arrested in connection with an arson attack at a Co Monaghan Garda Station.
The arrest comes after a Garda Station in Emyvale, was badly damaged following the fire.
Gardaí say a man was arrested in Donegal on Wednesday and is currently being detained at Letterkenny Garda Station.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
