Man caught with his trousers down in lay-by claims he was ‘looking at Saturn’

A man living in the U.K. has been fined £745 (€850) after he was found guilty of being drunk and disorderly on 21st December last year.

The man was caught with his trousers down round his ankles in a lay-by in Snowden, Wales, having driven over 300 miles during lockdown. Police were called to the scene having received reports of two men lying on the ground.

The police said one of the men, Filip Petrik, tried to to remove the mask from the police officer and asked “‘Do you want to suck my d**k?’ He then proceeded to walk around in just his underpants, ignoring any instructions given to him, slurring his speech and appearing unsteady reports Metro.

Petrik was escorted to the nearest police station to sober up. He admitted to driving from Southampton two days earlier on a camping and photography road trip. He claimed he was unaware that Southampton was on lockdown.
