A man have been charged of killing a 19-yr-old girl by allegedly having what authorities are describing as “rough sex” with her outside a house party.
19-yr-old Francis Victoria Garcia was found dead on Friday night in a parked car in a parking lot in a high-rise building in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA. Earlier that night, she attended a Halloween party on the 14th floor of the building before leaving with 21-yr-old Michael Gaffney. He was charged with involuntary manslaughter on Saturday.
The emergency services were called on Friday around 2:14am, and Francis was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The police then questioned Gaffney, who told them she had lost consciousness during his intercourse in his car.
It’s not yet known whether the two knew each other before the party. An autopsy determined the victim’s death was caused by compression injuries to her neck.
