31-tear-old Gerard O’Neill, has been accused of trespassing at the home of Larry Mullen at Howth in Dublin.
O’Neill, is also being accused of possession of a golf club. It is believed her had the intention on causing harm.
The trespassing occurred on October 19 and appeared in court the next day and has been on continuing bail.
The hearing took place at James Street, South Dublin at the Cloverhill District Court. A defense solicitor is still awaiting disclosure of prosecution and allowing an eight week adjournment.
