A man aged in his 40s is currently in critical condition in hospital following a single vehicle collision in Cork on Sunday.
Gardaí say the collision which also saw a woman hospitalised occurred on the South City Link Road, between Tramore Valley Park and the South Douglas Road.
It is believed that the driver was left in serious condition following the crash, whilst a woman who was a passenger in the car was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Gardaí say an investigation is currently ongoing.
