A man received a two-year driving ban in the UK after he drove into a McDonald’s restaurant in West Sussex.
According to RTE, 19-year-old Taylor Steel crashed into the fast food joint before failing a breathalyser that showed he had nearly three times the legal limit of alcohol.
A policeman said that the man took the term “drive thru” a bit too literally and that he said he had been drinking at a pub before the accident but that he couldn’t tell police where he was going or why he drove the car.
Steep was also given community service and a fine for the crash which caused a lot of damage.
