
After being attacked in a takeout in County Donegal, a man was admitted to the hospital, reports The Mirror.
Early on Saturday morning, a continuous attack took place at the takeout in Ballybofey.
The twentysomething male was attacked and suffered cuts to his face, back, and head, reports The Mirror.
After being taken to Letterkenny University Hospital, the man is still being treated for his wounds.
A thorough inquiry has been started by the Gardai, who have acknowledged that they are aware of the occurrence, reports The Mirror.
As part of the inquiry, CCTV footage from nearby properties is being gathered.
The attack has not yet resulted in any arrests.
A Garda spokesperson said “Gardaà attended the scene following reports of an incident of alleged assault, at a fast food outlet in Ballybofey, Co. Donegal, in the early hours of Saturday 14th December 2024. A male (aged in his 20’s) sustained injuries believed to be non-life-threatening at this time. Enquiries are ongoing,” reports The Mirror.
