Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority have launched an investigation following the death of a man in his 70s in a farm in Co. Galway.
The incident, which involved a burst tire on a tractor, happened at around 6.30pm on Sunday evening near Tuam.
The victim was removed to University Hospital Galway, where he was pronounced dead.
