The Taoiseach said that he didn’t underestimate the negotiations that both sides face but he said that where there’s a will there’s a way and he said that thinks there could still be a Brexit deal.
Micheal Martin said this week isn’t the end of Brexit negotiations and that the UK and Europe have until the end of December to make a deal happen.
So far no side has blinked with the British Prime Minister said to be under immense pressure as to come up with a solution that would see some sort of trade deal with the European Union.
Sources say that negotiations could even occur over Christmas between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
