Massive crowd attends Pro-Palestine rally in Dublin

A pro-Palestine demonstration in Dublin is drawing thousands of participants who are demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, reports RTE.

From the Garden of Remembrance in Parnell Square, the protestors are making their way to the Department of Foreign Affairs on St Stephen’s Green, where a demonstration is taking place.

The Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign (IPSC) is the organisation behind the “National Demonstration for Palestine,” reports RTE.

The IPSC declared that today’s march was the “fifth such national mobilisation since October.”

It is the most recent in a string of marches held in the nation’s capital since Israel began attacking Gaza in response to the Hamas onslaught on October 7.

Chairperson of the IPSC Zoe Lawlor said: “We still are standing in solidarity with Palestine, we always will,” reports RTE.
