
A man has been taken into custody in connection with the disturbances that took place during the Citywest riots on October 21st and 22nd.
The individual, a man in his 40s, was arrested on Sunday, October 26th, reports Breaking News.
He was held at a Dublin Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
Following his detention, the man was charged with an offence under Section 15 of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act, 1994, and appeared before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Monday, reports Breaking News.
He was later released on bail and is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court next Monday.
