Met Eireann has dashed any hopes of summer-like weather any time soon, as they say that low pressure will dominate weather patterns here for the foreseeable future.

According to the national forecaster, weather conditions won’t be too bad tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday, and possibly into Monday.

Beyond that, it looks like northern areas will see a lot of rain, with southern areas being drier.

The weather doesn’t improve much in the following two weeks, according to Met Eireann, as low pressure continues to cause instability in the atmosphere.
