Met Eireann is forecasting very unsettled weather for the next 48h as the tail end of Hurricane Nigel hits Ireland.
According to the national forecaster, Ireland will experience heavy rain and strong winds later today and throughout tomorrow.
The only good news is that temperatures will remain fairly mild for the time of year, reaching 19C at times.
