Met Eireann issues Yellow Status rainfall warning as flooding could occur in eight counties




Met Eireann have issued a yellow status rainfall warning as localised flooding could occur in as many as eight counties.

The warning comes as heavy rainfall is expected in counties Donegal, Clare, Kerry and all of Connacht.

Met Eireann say the warning will come into effect from 2pm this afternoon and will remain in place until 2pm on Tuesday.
